My husband and I first came into contact with Keller Williams last October when we started researching properties in the Gulfport area of Mississippi. We were looking for an inexpensive home, possibly a fixer-upper for our 20 year old son who was moving there for work.
After doing initial research on the web, we contacted your office for more information on several homes we found. We needed an agent that could give us the time and patience we required as neither of us was familiar with the area or what to expect due to the hurricane damage sustained two months prior. You recommended Kim Gowland.
To say that Kim Gowland "went the extra mile for us" would not even begin to explain her commitment to us while finding the right property. She never gave up on us or our situation even when it looked as though things would never work out. Even though she had never met us and had no idea just how serious we were, she didn't let us down with her pursuit to help us out. She was relentless in personally viewing every property that sounded like a possibility. She sent emails with property after property, took photos when we asked her to view them, and was very candid as to the condition of the property, whether or not she felt it would suit our needs, and most importantly, looked at the homes as though it were own son that would be moving in. She knew the type of work my son would be doing and advised us when we suggested areas too far out but at the same time always offered to "go take a look". She ALWAYS returned our calls in a timely manner and her time was never too valuable for us. As I said, we were looking for "inexpensive" so the commission $$$ could not have been her sole motivation!
When we finally found the little house that accepted our offer and allowed us to finally close, she continued to follow through with every little request we had. She offered phone numbers, helped us with inspections and appraisals, insurance names and numbers, and so much misc. information I couldn't even begin to list it all.
As I close, I feel as though there is so much more that I've failed to say regarding Kim's efficient ways. I know that she is a wife, a mother, and very involved with the community. I don't know where she gets all that energy but I do know that Keller Williams is very blessed to have someone like her working for them. KIM GOWLAND IS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR AGENT.
I feel that I have a special friend in Gulfport and very much look forward to meeting her in person one day soon.
